Norwood Grand, the latest condominium by CDL Stellar Pte Ltd is owned by City Developments Limited. The condominium is located strategically at Champions Way right next to Woodlands South MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. Champions Way is an exceptional location that grants residents convenient access to the primary attractions of the city.

CDL has submitted the highest bid of $904 per square foot per plot ratio for the Champions Way GLS site, surpassing the offers of five other bidders. CDL’s offer is 8.3% more than TID (the Hong Leong Group – Mitsui Fudosan Joint Venture) which was second highest at $272.26 millions or $835 per square foot ppr. This much-anticipated project is the first private condo project built in Woodlands after the last GLS bid, excluding executive condominiums. The last GLS tender was a land parcel at Woodlands Avenue 2 & Rosewood Drive.

The Woodlands estate is being revitalized by URA, and this iconic residential property will be developed in conjunction with it.

The condo occupies an area of 14,432.5 square meters and will house 348 residential units ranging from 1 to 5 bedroom units.
